One naming convention for the whole studio.
Archivist names every image and video the way your team agreed — and hands clients a clean link instead of a messy ZIP.
Where is our data processed?
Archivist is operated from Austria. Files and account data are stored on servers in the EU. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What volumes and pricing do you offer?
Pro includes 3,000 image renames a month for €3.99/month (or €39/year); videos up to 60 seconds don't count. For more volume or several people, talk to us and we'll quote for your studio.
How do clients download the files?
You add files to a collection and create a share link, optionally with an expiry date. Clients open the link, preview everything and download — no account needed.
