Do clients need an account?
No. Anyone with the active share link can browse the collection. Downloads are available when the link is set to View & download.
Can I stop them downloading?
Yes. Choose View to remove individual download buttons and ZIP export. View-only is not copy protection: someone can still save displayed content or take a screenshot.
Can the link expire?
Yes. Choose 7 days, 30 days or never. You can also stop sharing later.
Can I send large video files?
Archivist supports short video clips up to 30 seconds. For raw footage, large project files or non-image files, use a general file-transfer service.
Are the names good for SEO?
The Web preset creates descriptive, lowercase filenames with hyphens between words. That gives search engines useful context, but no filename can guarantee rankings.
